Terms and Conditions
- The placing of an order confirms that you agree to all the terms and conditions listed below, unless agreed in writing beforehand.
- Price, design and availability are liable to change without prior notice.
- This current price list supersedes all previous versions.
- A postage charge as stated on the order form is charged on all orders.
- Payments should be made in sterling (cash, cheque, plastic or postal order). Any money sent through the post is at the sender's risk. If you must send cash, we recommend you use an insured/guaranteed postal service. Proof of postage cannot guarantee proof of receipt unless using 'signature on delivery' services.
- For orders totalling £2 or less, please send remittance in postage stamps.
- Please note that we do NOT have a Secure Website or email facility; credit card numbers sent with orders by email are entirely at the sender's own risk.
- Stock items are normally despatched within 48 hours of receipt of payment, but please allow 14 days for delivery.
- We cannot guarantee to have our full range of products available at every show we attend. If you would like to collect any specific items from a show, please telephone us beforehand and we will try our best to have it there for you.
